Responsibilities & Context: - Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps and design training and development plans that enhance both individual competencies and organizational performance.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for newly joined employees by providing orientation training and guidance to ensure a successful transition into their roles.
- Assist in preparing training modules for the effective execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual training programs to foster employee skills and to meet organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training program by collecting and analyzing participant feedback to maximize learning outcomes and business impact.
- Support the supervisor in the annual performance appraisal process by developing a structured evaluation framework that ensures a comprehensive performance assessment.
- Keep training record and HRIS database updated.
