Experience:
Monitor day to day activities of total Sales team regarding sales, market share (prescription), market coverage, customer coverage, brand marketing, local administration and budgeting.
Responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales marketing strategy to meet the company goal and objective with Profit & Loss responsibility.
Manage, monitor, evaluate, mentor & enhance the performance of the individual sales team.
Lead and motivate them to achieve & exceed target and enhance individual performance in every professional area's consistently.
Track sales team metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate performance against targets.
Recruitment of field force as per requirement & work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities & resource allocation. Optimize resource utilization and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide regular updates to the sales activities and results.
Attend sales meeting, monthly meeting to discuss sales plans for product portfolio with the agreed marketing plan with other departments.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential threats. Provide recommendations for adjustments to sales strategies as necessary.
Develop and manage the sales budget, including sales forecasts & expense budget.
Define standards, guidelines and best practices in sales operations to ensure quality and productive sales.
Organize off the job and on the job training for the fellow colleagues to develop leadership abilities, product knowledge and selling skills etc.
Maintain communication with the key Opinion Leader (Doctor) and potential customers to know their expectations and convey it to technically to sales team for customized development.
Analyze the market potentiality and organize CME, RTD, Symposium, Seminar and different events regularly.
