- Knowledge of ERP systems, database management, networking and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities & Context:
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: IT Manager / Head of IT
Job Purpose:
Ensure smooth IT operations, infrastructure management, and data security to support pharmaceutical production, compliance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and computer systems.
- Monitor and maintain ERP, LIMS, and other pharma-related software ensuring GMP/GxP compliance.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across departments.
- Oversee data backup, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures to protect company information.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, AMC, and system upgrades.
- Support IT audits, documentation, and validation as per pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (FDA, WHO, MHRA).
- Implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.
