Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis to make the mission success.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
∎ Ensure security aspects of the company and train securities for safe guard of the organization.
∎ Regular inspection of fire equipment's as per required by Alliance & Accord Standard
∎ Ensure that all fireman, fire fighters and security personnel are in right order and perform their duties as per requirement.
∎ Monitor / supervise the electrical/ power cables / loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with Proper channel.
∎ Conduct regular fire drill and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.
∎ Monitor and ensure that facility of fire hydrant, fire pumps & fire detection system are adequate and are working properly.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Health/ Safety, Electric System & Fire
∎ 6 months Training in Fire Service & Civil defense
∎ Internal Fire safety audit.
∎ Monitor & update all fire & safety equipment.
∎ Internal Fire evacuation drill.
∎ Internal Fire safety training.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have knowledge about fire safety issues in garments factory.
∎ Should have knowledge in Fire Safety Standards of ACCORD and ALLIANCE.
∎ Candidate should have proper time management ability.
