Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Master's degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Follow up and ensure production quality from fabric/ accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend each final inspection with positive results.
∎ Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality. Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Understanding fully the Quality System for Knit fabric & Garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Will be responsible for several Quality matters form fabrics to shipment of goods.
∎ Should be able to develop the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality issues and give the guide line to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Review daily issues occurring at the factory and work with the QA team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.
∎ Conduct PP meetings with relevant persons and identify areas of improvement and provide required guidance to the QA team.
∎ Provide required training to QA team to update and enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities.
∎ Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality Control/ Audit
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated QA procedures and techniques.
∎ Must have 12 to 15 years working experience in as mention position.
∎ Must have working experience in large garments group having 30 to 40 sewing lines.
∎ Should be well organized to face complicated quality standards of reputed buyers.
∎ Should be able to handle a number of factories product quality independently.
∎ Able to communicate & coordinate with highly professional senior management team members of foreign nationality.
∎ Good spoken skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking with perfect judgment skill of complicated work issues.
∎ Well known about buyer's Technical compliance requirements & implementing process/ Procedure.
