Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Eng.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineer from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis
∎ Low performance operators monitoring.
∎ SMV calculation for costing.
∎ Skill-matrix database makes and monitoring.
∎ WIP control in sewing, cutting and finishing section
∎ Study the workers efficiency and identify their strength & weakness to enhance their skills.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine, manpower, study the m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity.
∎ Develop strategy to achieve the targeted productivity.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of company resource.
∎ Follows up time- study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Monitor operator's skill level.
∎ Utilize time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Monitor monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Monitor Set base target, semi-critical & critical operations, ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.
∎ Supply chains follow up.
∎ Technical meeting 15 days before input date.
∎ Monitor Set base target, semi-critical & critical operations, ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.
∎ Operators skill upgrade. Maintain Start up drive report for every style. Weekly Supervisor Training
∎ Weekly low performance operator meeting. Efficiency tracking reports. Implement lean concept
∎ Maintain shipment schedule Preparation for new and upcoming style. Monitoring value stream mapping. Follow up activity sampling. Find out bottleneck and quality issue and attend to solve it.
∎ Effective utilization of man, machine and materials. Remove bottleneck through motion and method study . Production report making. Container planning. Lean follow up. Involve in pp meeting. Maintain work discipline. Efficiency report making.
∎ Make TNA Plan for a confirmed Garments Order, from procurement to shipment, considering Raw material booking and in-housing (knitted fabric, accessories) on-time as per shipment schedule.
∎ Order Tracking from procurement to shipment.
∎ Ability of follow up finished fabric booking to warehouse received.
∎ Align with Cut Plan and target cutting production.
∎ Make sewing line loading plan and daily follow up with production, IE and merchandiser to ensure daily productivity.
∎ Work with merchandiser for on-time PP approvals to start bulk production of fabric, cutting, embellishment such as print, embroidery, washing, sewing & finishing.
∎ Back calculate from shipment date to fabric receive, align the sewing line loading plan and production plan with proper balancing.
∎ Work out Weekly and Monthly Final Inspection Schedule of the priority orders.
∎ Ensure order tracking from Fabric receipt, Cutting, Sewing, Embellishment (Print, Embroidery, Wash), Finishing and on-time pre-final/ final inspection for shipment on-time.
∎ Work closely with production manager and merchandiser.
∎ Ensure production is running as per TNA Plan set by Planning Dept. strictly by production concerned and merchandiser
∎ Follow material checklist for on-time fabric, accessories in-housing to support sewing and finishing floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile Engineering, Work Study, knit garments.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
