Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Relevant experience in Garments factory.
Implement and maintain a robust performance management system for all employees.
Ensure compliance with buyer’s COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
Prepare the factory for various audits, including social compliance, technical/quality assurance, and security system audits (CTPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV, OEKO Tex, SEDEX, etc.
Ensure compliance with Accord, Alliance, and RSC requirements for electrical, fire protection/detection/SLD/LPS, and building codes. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as per the in-house checklist.
Manage attendance, salary administration, leave management, compensation benefits, and incentive schemes.
Oversee the recruitment process, including orientation/induction programs, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Develop and maintain a strong administration and surveillance system to enhance productivity.
Manage employee/labor relations and legal affairs.
Oversee disciplinary actions, departmental inquiries, and grievance handling.
Manage expenditures related to staff and workers’ salaries, overtime, night allowances, incentives, and final settlement bills.
Maintain relationships with local bodies, buyer representatives, and government agencies.
Update and maintain all licenses and certificates.
Ensure all data, records, reports, formats, statements, ranks and files, books, and registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated, and maintained as per compliance requirements/standards.
Perform any other activities assigned by management from time to time.
