∎ Diploma in Engineering in Textile Processing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and monitor the production's finishing process
∎ Coordinate all finishing activities (desizing, normal finishing, coating, mercerizing, tinting the final mechanical or chemical finishing operations) effectively
∎ Ensure preparatory treatments used before additional treatment are done effectively
∎ Ensure the flexibility and versatility features of finishing machines for uninterrupted production and maintain excellent consistency of the results
∎ Provide finishing instructions to other departments
∎ Plan & formulate the fabric's finishing strategy for efficient production
∎ Provide training to the subordinates of finishing process
∎ Prepare new finishing developments
∎ Follow up regular finishing activities
∎ Maintain office decorum
∎ Always prepared to accommodate additional tasks
∎ Develop and implement long term goals to ensure efficiency
∎ Mentor all subordinates
∎ Provide guidance and support other team members
∎ Ensure the objectives set by the board of directors are properly
