Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Employee Relations & Culture Building

  • Serve as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions, ensuring resolution aligned with organizational values and legal frameworks.

  • Partner with factory head, section in charge as well as HO senior leadership to embed employee relations insights into plant decisions, ensuring that people strategies support operational excellence and workforce sustainability.

  • Policy Development, Governance & Compliance

  • Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive employee relations and compliance policies, including anti-harassment, diversity & inclusion, and the code of conduct.

  • Ensure full legal and ethical compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and industry regulations, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.

  • Capability Development & Organizational Learning

  • Design and implement training programs as per HR Head’s guideline and HR plan on employee relations, compliance, leadership accountability, and workplace ethics to strengthen managerial and employee awareness.

  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, grounded in data and feedback from regular surveys and focus groups.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Develop HR dashboards and analytical reports on employee relations and compliance metrics to inform senior leadership decisions.
