  • The applicants should have vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006, 2013 & 2018 including amendment rules & regulation.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with local labor laws, international standards, and buyer requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to laws such as the Bangladesh Labor Act and Fire Safety Code.

  • Maintain compliance with international certifications (RSC, Nirapon, Better Work, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG etc).

  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external buyer audits on labor, safety, and ethical standards.

  • Address non-compliance issues by implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.

  • Different Customers Web Portal Maintaining.

  • Collaborate with third-party auditing agencies and certification bodies.

  • Formulate and update company policies related to labor standards, workplace safety, and environmental practices.

  • Train employees on compliance policies and ethical practices.

  • Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Serve as a liaison between management, employees, buyers, and regulatory authorities.

  • Facilitate communication with buyers regarding compliance requirements and audit outcomes.

  • License, Certificate & Permits Review & renewal steps.

  • Prepare and present reports on compliance status to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Maintaining day to day compliance reports to corporate compliance team.

  • Any other assignment given by the top management.
