Skills Required: Commercial and Bond Customs,Export/ Import through L/C,Supplier and Vendor Management,Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and L/C operations.
Expertise in Bangladesh customs, VAT, and tax regulations.
Negotiation and vendor management skills.
Documentation knowledge for forwarding the Exported goods.
Strong knowledge in H.S code and its application.
Good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
Leadership and team management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for all commercial activities.
Plan, manage, and control import, export, deemed Export and local commercial operations.
Handle LC opening, amendment, negotiation, acceptance, and retirement with banks.
Ensure accurate preparation and verification of all commercial & shipping documents.
Manage customs clearance, bonded warehouse, VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain strong coordination with banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and control shipment schedules, lead time, and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh customs laws, import–export policy, and company procedures.
Analyze and control commercial costs, duties, and risk factors.
Prepare and submit commercial reports for management, audit, and compliance.
Lead and supervise the commercial team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Support Management in strategic planning, process improvement, and risk management.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
