Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM from reputed public universities (IBA, DU, JU) or top private universities (NSU, BRACU, AUST).
Post Graduate Diploma in HR from BIM.
Professional HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
Relevant HR experience, preferably in a Group of Companies.
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to develop business solutions based upon facts/data analytics.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic business partner, providing HR insights and driving people-centric initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units by offering HR insights and tailored solutions.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
HR Data & Analytics
Use HR data analytics to provide actionable insights and performance metrics.
Conduct KPI, attendance, and workforce trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
Payroll & Benefits Management
Supervise monthly payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage attendance, leave, benefits, and compensation-related matters.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation, reports, and databases.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring and proper workforce alignment.
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support organizational growth.
Performance Management (PMS)
Manage and monitor the Performance Management System to ensure goal alignment and fairness.
Analyze performance outcomes to identify high performers and development areas.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Plan and execute learning initiatives to strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Coordinate workshops, compliance training, and continuous improvement programs.
HR Policy & Culture Development
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with labor regulations.
Promote a positive, performance-driven, and compliant workplace culture.
Administration & Facility Management
Oversee administrative operations, logistics, security, and office maintenance.
Ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
