Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize and manage the entire HR Functions For the Garments Factory
∎ Responsible for Planning, developing, updating & implementing different policies and procedures of different HR polices as per local laws, compliance and different buyers' code of conducts.
∎ To coordinate & monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan and subsequent recruitment, selection and placement.
∎ To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
∎ Managing & monitoring employee's health, safety & environmental issues in the entire factory premises. Managing Employee and Labor-Management Relations. Managing Industrial Conflicts (considering the threshold and optimum level).
∎ To oversee the pool of HR process to ascertain that each employees are carrying out their responsibilities properly.
∎ To identify promising & poor performing employees, taking corrective action and apprise for action.
∎ To coordinate employee Counseling and motivation program in regards to absenteeism, turn over, general rules & regulations, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.
∎ To monitor & ensure a transparent management for the employee.
∎ Handling Disciplinary, Grievances & Employee relation issues as per law.
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, up-dated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ To conduct or assist training & awareness program on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for assisting in transformation to compliance and maintaining compliance accordingly.
∎ Managing Compensation & Benefits (developing competitive compensation package).
∎ Monthly analysis and comparison of operating cost, cost per employee, rate of absenteeism, migration and turnover of employees and feedback the management accordingly.
∎ To identify pilferage, security lapses, administrative issues and any other irregularities in the premises and report and coordinate actions.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management.
