∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, lead, organize and control all affairs related to the quality department, quality of the product and related system and procedures in order to achieve Brand quality policy and objectives
∎ "Build quality in product" rather than "Checking quality in product" with focus on Preventive Measures.
∎ Daily manpower planning and staffing of the department from fabric to finishing.
∎ Generation and Analysis of Inspection reports
∎ Conduct pre-production meetings and identify critical operations and ensure correct Inline process is set up for each style.
∎ Involve in fit sessions with the sample team to understand the expectation of the style from fit to finish.
∎ Follow up or Carry out in-line, pre-final and final inspection to AQL 2.5 bearing in mind the desired dispatch date of the orders

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Person specification:
∎ Min 5-7 years' work experience in similar role, Textile or Production Management degree, Fluent English, Experience with EU markets is essential
∎ Ladies Lingerie &/or intimate background
∎ knowledge of 2.5 AQL
∎ hands on knowledge of all aspects of production & Quality
∎ pattern making skills
∎ fluent English
∎ experience working with European customers
∎ A proven track record of setting and achieving quality standards across a Ladies wear knitted and lingerie product category
∎ Experience of fitting garments and ideally pattern cutting within a manufacturing and/or a retail (Technical Department) environment.
∎ A solid knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing methodology
∎ A firm understanding of garment pattern grading
∎ Experience of establishing raw material testing standards.
∎ Organized and efficient - ability to multi-task and prioritize
∎ Good communication skills with experience of liaising with a range of suppliers and other business partners (internal and external)
∎ Systematic approach to logging and recording information
