∎ Master of Business Management (MBM)

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and Manage the China/Bangladesh production, merchandising and quality teams to double the available capacity
∎ Manage the Sales and repeat buying process and facilitate quick trading reactions
∎ Implement a 2.5 AQL process across the production and warehouse teams to develop Quality as a key KPI for the brand
∎ Assess the current working processes and realign them to business needs as a longer-term growth strategy
∎ Recruit and develop the right working structure in each country, rewriting job specs and drive ownership among all members of the team
∎ Recruit and on-Board new suppliers in line with Brand product expansion strategy
∎ Work alongside the Finance director to develop correct financial reporting processes for each country
∎ He/she need to travel frequently to China as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Min 15 years experience with a sourcing office and experience with dealing
∎ with European customers are eligible to apply.
∎ Must have overseas experience either either in UK or Europe in Managerial capacity.
∎ Must Must have previous experience of working in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have minimum 7-year ladies wear experience.
∎ Must have footwear experience.
∎ Must have lingerie experience.
∎ Must be capable to coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
∎ He/She need to travel frequently to China as and when required.
