∎ KDS is one of the leading conglomerate has long history of developing talents. These fresh minds will be trained and groomed all the possible ways to lead the organizations in the future specially in the field of Sales and Merchandizing.
∎ Selected candidates will be provided with six months intensive training. During these six months period incumbents' will be trained in different departments of garments manufacturing; group of departments head and HR team will be closely monitoring and measured the development of every candidates.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training will be provided in different departments which include but not limited to Industrial Engineering, Sales and Merchandising, Pattern and Design, Product Development, Garments Operations and many more. An orientation module stating precise training schedule will be given on joining.
