• Only Male

• GSD License/certificate is essential

• (Polo T-shirts / Ladies Top (Knit) / Jackets (Woven & Knit) / Pants (Knit & Woven)Swimwear (Woven) / Kids wear (Knit)

• Analyses rolling plan & Prepares Operation Breakdown with analysis through GSD

• Identify critical processes and find best methods, discussion with Sample & product development teams

• Provides bulk SMV to production Floor & Planning as per Provisional Plan

• Maintain video library & update the same in case of introduction of any new processes

• Operation Standardization through GSD

• Cross check given SMV with production floor IE’s and in case of updating of SMV, update the same to Planning

• Check line learning curve achievement & target are accurate as per given SMV in Daily reports

• Practical Knowledge of workplace Engineering in the floor as per the given SMV/Method

• Comprehensive knowledge in all kinds of sewing machinery & Attachments/work aids

• Ability in Innovation & Automation

• Costing SMV analysis by the referring Tech pack is an added advantage
