∎ The Management Trainee Executive Program is aimed to the professional development through structured rotations and assignments in various functions and projects within the organization to enhance knowledge and better understand about the business.
∎ This program is a development plan designed for highly motivated individuals with qualities of becoming the future leader in the organization.
∎ It also offers a combination of on-the-job training and mentoring by senior leaders in harnessing talents to take on challenging roles within the company.
∎ Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee Executive typically will take on leadership roles based on their strengths and interests catering to the needs of the business.
