∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical/ Power Engineering from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute corrective & preventive maintenance of equipment's, machineries & utilities in order to maintain safe working environment in the building.
∎ Check all safety equipment such as fire hoses, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and alarms on regular basis and take necessary measures as per requirements.
∎ perform basic MEP need of the Office building and to attend basic wiring requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have 02/03 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Good technical knowledge, communication, analytical & interpersonal skill.
∎ Sound computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
