Currently STL is looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for the following position:

  • Department: Quality Operations

  • Work Station: Pabna Plant/Rupshi Plant (Narayanganj)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor manufacturing and packaging activities to ensure compliance with GMP, approved procedures, and specifications

  • Conduct line clearance activities for bulk, filling, and packaging operations

  • Review, issue, collect and archive batch manufacturing and packaging records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity

  • Ensure proper personnel hygiene, sanitation, and adherence to ISO 22716 GMP practices on the shop floor

  • Participate in investigations and support implementation of CAPA for deviations, complaints and audit observations

  • Perform in-process testing, documentation and reporting
