Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute consumer engagement and sampling activities to enhance brand visibility, boost conversion at key retail points, and evaluate campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Lead, guide and monitor Brand Promoters in executing consumer engagement activities, doctor & healthcare practitioner wise engagement plans while ensuring effective product detailing, monitoring prescription trends
• Share market and competitors' information along with consumer insights to strengthen brand strategies and identify opportunities for new activations and regional growth
• Set monthly KPIs, track performance and give regular coaching to ensure execution excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth campaign execution, product availability, and effective marketing plan rollout at regional and micro-market levels
