Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attendance Software Maintain
∎ Assisting in Disciplinary Action (Showcase Letter, Advice Letter Issue).
∎ Paper work for HR policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain Leave & attendance.
∎ Assisting in recruiting process
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Ensure employee compensation and benefits process
∎ Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making
∎ Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision-making purposes.
∎ Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.

∎ Age 22 to 25 years
