• 1–3 years of experience in sales or field sales will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• HSC / Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.

• Educational requirements may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

• Good knowledge of local market and territory sales.

Job Context
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented Territory Sales Officer to develop sales, manage customers/dealers, and ensure business growth in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and outlets regularly in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

• Create new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Collect orders and follow up on product delivery.

• Monitor market demand, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ensure proper product display and availability in the market.

• Follow up on sales collection and outstanding payments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Support promotional activities and market development plans.

• Maintain regular communication with the sales team and management.

• Solve customer problems professionally and report important issues to management.

• Ensure company rules, sales policies, and territory plans are followed properly.
