Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's vision, target audience, and market trends.
∎ Take ownership of the product launch process, ensuring timely introduction of new collections and products.
∎ Monitor progress against timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to meet launch deadlines.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create compelling collections that resonate with the brand's identity and customer base.
∎ Consumption calculation based on design and provided guidelines regarding the sewing process, and quality control.
∎ Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of garments and accessories while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with external factories and suppliers to manage the manufacturing process, including sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories.
∎ Collaborate with the planning team to forecast demand, plan production quantities, and manage inventory replenishment.
∎ Identify new suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and onboard them as needed to support the brand's growth and product development.
∎ Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and retail teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of merchandising strategies.
∎ Monitor progress against timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to meet launch deadlines.
