Proficiency in one or more tech stacks:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue.js, HTML/CSS/JS
• Backend: Node.js, Python (Flask/Django), Express.js
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Supabase
• Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSocket, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with deployment using Docker, Render, Vercel, Replit, or AWS is a plus.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in CRM development, lead management systems, or customer portals.
• Understanding of funnel optimization, marketing analytics, or low-code tools like Anvil/Bolt.
• Passion for building products that improve business process automation and lead conversion efficiency.

Application Development

• Design and build scalable web applications for internal and customer-facing platforms (e.g., lead funnels, appointment booking, CRM dashboards).
• Develop API integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp/SMS platforms, Google Maps API, education/immigration CRMs).
• Implement both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks like React, Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), etc.

Platform Engineering

• Maintain SaaS-based platforms such as: Immigration lead nurturing systems
• SMS campaign drip platforms, EV charger tracking dashboards (if integrated with the group’s EV ventures)
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and mobile compatibility.

Database & Backend Logic

• Design relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and manage backend workflows.
• Write clean, secure, and reusable code with proper documentation.

Automation & Integration

• Build automation scripts to handle lead sorting, follow-up SMS/WhatsApp sequences, and internal workflow triggers.
• Integrate platforms like Mach Forms, Google Workspace, Facebook Leads API, and Meritto (if used).

Security & Performance

• Follow best practices in security (data protection, API security, role-based access).
• Optimize application performance and conduct regular debugging and testing.

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Participate in daily/weekly sprint meetings with the tech and marketing teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Use tools like Git, Jira, Trello, or Notion for task management and code versioning.
