Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing recruitment activities and support to the recruitment process for new staff (including preparation of job advertisement and posting, reviewing applications, initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews), etc.
∎ Arranging and preparing interviews documents for new internship offers for national and international internship candidates.
∎ Conduct background and reference checks on selected candidates.
∎ Assisting the Human Resources and Administration Team with recruitment and orientation of new staff and interns.
∎ Maintaining and updating employees’ attendance, leave, personal files, and other relevant documents.
∎ Maintaining monthly timesheets for all staff.
∎ Maintain, and update employee database with HRMS software.
∎ Ensure collecting & entry of staff information in HRMS & Attendance Machine.
∎ Monitor & update data in the system for any change including staff promotion, transfer, re-designation, separation, etc.
∎ Drafting of different types of HR-related notes & letters (i.e. Employment Offer Letter, Internship Offer Letter, Job Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Job Extension Letter, Resignation Acceptance Letter, and Latter of disciplinary action (Termination/Dismissal/Showcase/Warning Letter, etc.), Experience Certificate, and different type of notes.
∎ Complete final settlement for departing employees.
∎ Coordinate and implement employee performance management system (yearly appraisal & probationary appraisal), etc.
∎ Preparing training schedule, drafting resource materials, completion of TNA process, etc Preparing HR & Admin relevant reports as required.
∎ Handling employee grievances and other personnel-related issues.
∎ Ensure that the updated policies of the organization are communicated to the employees promptly implement and maintained (i.e. Services Rules, HR Policy, Code of Conduct and Ethics, Safeguarding policy (Sexual Harassment Elimination and Prevention, Child Protection, Gender), Financial Manual, Money Laundering Act. and Procurement Policy, etc.
∎ Monthly unit visit as per requirement
∎ Carrying out other tasks as may be required by the management from time to time.

∎ Minimum 02 years of relevant experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection and HRMS database software.
∎ Should have a strong understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and other relevant laws.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills, and proven reporting skills.
∎ Ability to negotiate, establish, and manage contracts.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
