Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with Talent management, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Organizational Development & Learning & development activities.
∎ Assist in the preparation of HR policy with related forms & formats.
∎ Educate employees on company policy, procedure, etc.
∎ Assist in developing and updating Organogram on a regular basis.
∎ Assist in preparing job descriptions & job specifications for all the employees.
∎ Promote a positive and open work environment.
∎ Assist in developing employee branding activities
∎ Assist in employee engagement programs
∎ Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ English Communication should be very good
