Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with internal customers and management teams as the local point for all compliance matters
∎ Assist to develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations
∎ Follow up employee wellness in the factory based on labor rules, ensuring ethical practice as well as company’s own policy & procedure
∎ Implement compliance related policies & regulations
∎ Maintain documents as required by law.
∎ Monitor Building safety, Electrical safety, Fire safety & health issues as per local labor law
∎ Practice HR and Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them
∎ Handling disciplinary action for the employees & worker in accordance with labor law and company policy, Conduct exit interviews
∎ Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
∎ Monitoring safety compliance, customer compliance, identify hazardous process and take preventive action.
∎ Communicate and maintain liaison with other Department on compliance related queries
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
