Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage E-Commerce Operation Independently
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in services
∎ Ensure compliance to all legal requirements and monitor all online platforms
∎ Monitor day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals
∎ Ensure to improve online user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and develop brand loyalty
∎ Maintain E-commerce order generation system
∎ Ensure product handover to the delivery department and track on time delivery
∎ Liaison with IT department in order to maintain site and keep up to date
∎ Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Monitor to ensure order placement, refunds, or product exchange
∎ Prepare any sort of site or customer related reports as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Excellent communication skill
