Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop best fit supply chain management process-policies and practices for the company to improve the overall SCM performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
∎ Lead the sourcing team of the company.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day activities of procurement team members and make sure to place orders and goods in house on time from both Local and overseas.
∎ Work on forecasts and inventories to make sure how many items of each product need to order.
∎ Track all orders from suppliers and when we will receive in our warehouse.
∎ Contact agents, customs clearing and others.
∎ Coordinate with merchandising team for RM-PM & finished goods supply.
∎ Oversee the overall activities of warehouse and inventory management.
∎ Analyze the market and be up to date always about the product cost and quality.
∎ Take cost savings initiative by developing vendors/suppliers.
∎ Prepare annual material forecast & Planning as per business forecasting.
∎ Produce reports (weekly and monthly) showing the status of procurement against requisitions.
∎ Settle of vendor payments against supplies.
∎ Train, guide and lead the team for efficiency.
