Educational Requirements:
∎ Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
∎ • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Director's office systems, including data management and filing.
∎ Maintain records of Director's contacts.
∎ Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate
∎ Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
∎ Assist with the recruitment process
∎ Assist with performance management procedures.
∎ Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
∎ Produce and submit reports on general activity.
∎ Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
∎ Support other assigned functions.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
