Responsibilities & Context:

Job Nature: Internship (3 Months, with the possibility of full time employment based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

  • Support in screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

  • Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and attendance reports.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal training programs.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR-related materials.

  • Support performance management processes and HR audits.

  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
