Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: Best Tex International Ltd. is now offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Contribute to the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
- Provide research support for HR projects and policy updates.
