Job Context:
∎ Under the mentorship and direct supervision of HR Officer, the position will be responsible for Recruitment, Onboarding and Documentation issues of HR.
∎ Contract Length: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update the recruitment tracker and prepare a recruitment file upon receiving approved recruitment request form
∎ Prepare vacancy announcements in both general & hotjobs and circulate the ads in external/ internal mediums as required
∎ Conduct initial CV screening, send it to hiring manager, ensure feedback as well as update the recruitment tracker if required
∎ Specify the interview schedule as per plan agreed by hiring manager and HR
∎ Represent HR in the interview panel if required
∎ Prepare pre and post interview documents as per compliance
∎ Conduct ATC & Reference check/pre-employment check as per compliance for all selected candidates
∎ Process offer, send offer to candidate(s) and update the tracker about their joining status
∎ Conduct new hire on-boarding of all national staffs which includes: joining documentation with verifications, familiarization, email creation, ID card & visiting card issuing etc.
∎ Maintain and update tracker on national staff dependent information and submit to payroll for further payment processing
∎ Keep all national staff personnel files are in place as per compliance with accurate documentations
∎ Submission of information and documents to finance and payroll team regarding new joiners
∎ Disburse various employment related official documents and letters to staffs, receive the signed copies from staffs and update the personal files

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 1 year’s experience with at least 6 months of relevant working experience preferably in development sector
∎ Experienced in working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people, preferred
∎ Work experience in an English-speaking context
∎ Exposure in managing recruitment and selection process
∎ Good communication and organizational skills, team spirit and capacity to work with little supervision
∎ Capacity of treating information confidentially
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in working under pressure
∎ Sound computer skills in MS Office
∎ Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla

Salary: Tk. 42000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ 2 bonuses in a year equivalent to two basic salaries (not related to festival)
