Purpose
- Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director of Finance, the Finance Coordinator - Grants and Budgeting serves as the key focal point for leading the development of new budget proposals for the country program, budget amendments/revisions, and the preparation of financial reports for donors, internal stakeholders, and government authorities in line with established reporting schedules. The role ensures full cost recovery and value-for-money considerations are embedded in all budget submissions, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with IRC, donor, and government budget formats. The position also supports the preparation of analytical financial reports and the Country Operating Budget. This role will supervise 2–3 team members (or as assigned).
