BBA/ MBA in Finance / Accounting from any reputed University

• 3 to 6 years

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Hands-on experience in dealer finance, retail finance, or product development will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial terms, conditions, and processes.
• Knowledge of bank financing and financial institution products.
• Ability to design and implement financial products for dealer and retail customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills with proven ability to achieve competitive interest rates.
• Soft-spoken yet confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bangla and English communication (spoken and written).
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

• Maintain positive relationships with existing banks and financial institutions.

• Identify and onboard new banks and financial institutions to create financial products for Yamaha dealers and retail customers.

• Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates for Yamaha dealers and retail customers.

• Communicate and collaborate with NGOs to introduce new financial products for Yamaha dealers and retail customers.

• Introduce and promote new EMI and loan schemes to make Yamaha motorcycles more accessible to retail customers.

• Develop partnerships with new banks to provide loan facilities to Yamaha dealers.
