Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in HR from reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in employee recruitment by coordinating in recruitment and selection process.
∎ Drafting HR manuals & implement the existing policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare relevant documents of employees and update the personal file.
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly inventory for HR operations and follow office security matter strictly.
∎ Circulate important office announcements as per the management decision.
∎ Employee monthly salary, bonus, leave, attendance and performance appraisal.
∎ Assist in other HR functions as and when require.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years in HR & Admin.
∎ The applicants should have experience in area of General HR, Recruitment and selection, Training & Development and HR Database
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Problem solving and decision making capabilities.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
