Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Implement and support HR policies and procedures

  • Address employee concerns and help foster a positive work environment

  • Prepare HR reports and support organizational HR needs

  • Monitor and report on employee performance and KPIs

  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align HR support with business goals

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities

  • Take responsibility in planning, coordinating, and executing office events, corporate programs, and CSR initiatives

  • Support management in developing strategies for employee motivation, retention, and performance improvement

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

  • Participate in internal and external audits related to HR functions

  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees to maintain smooth communication
