Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Master from any reputed university with three years job experience in HR department.
∎ Master from any reputed university with short term professional degree on HR course.
∎ University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, Manarat International University, Jahangir nagger University, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: HR, Labor law, Safety
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Compliance, General HR

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Job Context:
∎ Looking forward experience person for handle above 500 resources.
∎ Post is permanent after successfully completion of the six-month provision period.
∎ Office working 6 days/week on duration 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain attendance & prepare salary sheet.
∎ Joining formalities.
∎ Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
∎ Arrange Training & Development.
∎ Monitoring & Counseling.
∎ Leaves and Attendance Management
∎ Forecasting for hiring & preparation job description.
∎ Maintain good liaison with customers.
∎ Arranging a meeting and maintain meeting minutes.
∎ Recruitment & Selection.
∎ Evaluation performance appraisal
∎ Full & Final settlement of resigned employee.
∎ Any other duties assigned by boss.
∎ To take disciplinary action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Two years of working experience in HR division under any organization.
∎ Need to maintain 500++ resource capacity.
∎ Excellent in MS Excel & power point.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
