Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 45 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • An MBA with a major in Marketing will add value to GM & DGM Positions.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in solar sales, project design, or implementation at a reputed renewable energy/solar company for the position of GM & DGM.

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and market trends.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst), AutoCAD, and MS Office (for Design & Implementation roles).

- Deputy General Manager (Solar Sales)

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for driving solar energy business growth, leading client acquisition, and ensuring effective design, planning, and implementation of solar projects. The incumbent will support both the commercial and technical aspects of solar energy operations, contributing to the company’s renewable energy expansion and long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales (GM / DGM):

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategy.
  • Lead, train, and support the sales team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and partnerships with EPC contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
