Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee civil and telecom-related infrastructure projects. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil and telecom infrastructure projects.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Supervise and guide project teams, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting project status to senior management and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Approve site work, drawings, and material requisitions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and safety practices.
