Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties include:
∎ -Developing recruitment strategies
∎ -Recruiting
∎ -Onboarding new employees
∎ -Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ -Monitoring employee attendance and performance ***
∎ -Implementing systems for managing staff benefits
∎ -Payroll management
∎ -Nurture a positive working environment
∎ -Managing workplace conflicts
∎ -Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
