Job Context:
∎ This job requires you to be vigilant about all the workers in the organization. It will be your responsibility to ensure the organization maintains the right amount of work (neither more nor less) at all times. Keeping an eye on every worker`s attendance, productivity, and payroll will be a vital part of your job. Any HR software skills will be very helpful for the job in the long run. Must know how to enforce new disciplinary rules.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties include:
∎ -Developing recruitment strategies
∎ -Recruiting
∎ -Onboarding new employees
∎ -Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ -Monitoring employee attendance and performance ***
∎ -Implementing systems for managing staff benefits
∎ -Payroll management
∎ -Nurture a positive working environment
∎ -Managing workplace conflicts
∎ -Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be strict in regard to performance and attendance.
