- Ability to draft HR policies and handle strategic HR assignments.
- Basic design skills for preparing creative job advertisements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to manage tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
NewVision Solutions Limited - A Japan-Bangladesh Consultancy Group, is seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Head of HR and contribute to HR operations for both NewVision and our respected Japanese partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition for diverse roles - from entry-level to senior management.
- Manage day-to-day administration and office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Handle procurement activities following standard purchasing procedures.
- Support employees with workplace needs such as office supplies, equipment, and service coordination.
- Assist in preparing and updating HR Policies, SOPs, and strategic HR documents.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and organizational standards.
- Actively contribute to HR projects for NewVision and Japanese stakeholders.
- Design job circulars and basic visual materials using Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva or similar tools.
- Maintain a proactive, deadline-focused, and solution-driven work approach.
