Job Context
We are hiring a dedicated and experienced individual to manage General Affairs (Administration), Human Resources, and Accounting tasks at the Japanese Multinational Company.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Affairs and Human Resources:
Look after the recruitment & selection process.
Manage attendance records and ensure compliance with labor and social insurance requirements.
Oversea labor management and office equipment operations.
Maintain and update work regulations / HR Policies.
Handle expatriate visa processes, work permits, bank account openings, and accommodation arrangements.
Coordinate travel arrangements for business travelers, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage contracts with subcontractors.
Other General affairs and HR related tasks.
2. Accounting Support:
Process expense payments and maintain bookkeeping records.
Calculate and distribute payroll.
Assist with accounting tasks and support audits.
Communicate with external accounting firms and partners.
Other Accounting Related tasks
Local and consolidated accounting, tax matters will be outsourced to an external accounting firm.
Requirements:
Academic: MBA / BBA in HR / Accounting.
Professional: 5 - 8 years of experience.
Business-level English (Japanese proficiency is highly valued and compensated accordingly).
Proficiency in basic PC operations (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet, AI related).
Experience in Japanese or International Companies.
Preference for candidates with experience in office start-up phases.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with international colleagues.
Demonstrates leadership and teamwork, with a commitment to prioritizing the needs of others.
Long-term commitment to the company, with the ability to contribute over an extended period.
