Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled labor.

  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

  • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and implement necessary changes in policies and procedures.

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Address employee grievances and mediate disputes to maintain workplace harmony.

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Organize orientation and ongoing training sessions for new hires and existing staff.

  • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and set developmental goals.

  • Provide guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.

  • Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.

  • Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

  • Communicate policies clearly to all employees and ensure adherence.

  • Analyze workforce trends and demographics to inform staffing strategies.

  • Collaborate with management to forecast future hiring needs based on production goals.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

  • Implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.

  • Maintain HR metrics and reports to track turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

  • To handle all kinds of technical audit, Social, Environmental & Security and ensure requirements on deadline.

  • Make good relations with govt bodies, third party audit firms, ACCORD & Alliances.

  • Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list.

  • Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.

  • Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, and security awareness training, etc. effectively.

  • Make an Internal Audit. (If needed)

  • Any other job assigned by Management.
