Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HR Operations & Compliance:Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.Liaise with government authorities for licensing updates, labor law compliance, and other regulatory matters.
∎ Recruitment & Payroll Management:Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and background verification.Assist in preparing salaries, wages, and benefits for employees.
∎ Employee Relations & Training:Work closely with factory workers to understand concerns, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.Conduct training programs for employees to enhance skills, awareness, and workplace harmony.
∎ Promote open communication to prevent employee unrest and maintain a productive workforce.Performance &
∎ Workforce Planning:Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.Forecast labor requirements and plan accordingly to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Health, Safety & Well-being:Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
∎ Implement and monitor workplace safety policies and conduct safety training sessions.
∎ Separation & Exit Management:Manage employee separation processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth offboarding.
