We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Executive (Job Analysis & Performance Management) to support the development and implementation of the company’s job analysis, KPI framework, and performance management systems. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct job analysis through interviews, surveys, and observations.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) across all departments.
- Support KPI development and alignment with departmental objectives.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process (goal setting, mid-term & final review).
- Analyze performance data and prepare HR dashboards and reports.
- Assist in identifying training needs from performance results.
- Maintain updated JD and KPI databases.
