Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • BBA/MBA in HRM or relevant field are encouraged to apply.

  • PGDHRM or Certification in Performance Management will be an advantage.



Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in job analysis, PMS, or HR analytics.        
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge required
  • Strong analytical and reporting ability.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS or data tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Sound knowledge of job evaluation and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Executive (Job Analysis & Performance Management) to support the development and implementation of the company’s job analysis, KPI framework, and performance management systems. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job analysis through interviews, surveys, and observations.
  • Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) across all departments.
  • Support KPI development and alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process (goal setting, mid-term & final review).
  • Analyze performance data and prepare HR dashboards and reports.
  • Assist in identifying training needs from performance results.
  • Maintain updated JD and KPI databases.
