Provide all HR functional support to Kumudini Welfare Trust at the Head Office in Narayangonj and Corporate Office in Dhaka.
Coordinate with HR team of KWT in Mirzapur and Narayangonj.
Provide necessary HR support and guidance to all HR managers/officers of KWT.
Ensure the HRIS system is properly set-up, updated and functional.
Submit periodical HR-MIS report to the Advisor, HRD
Oversee policy orientation and implementation at all offices.
Contribute in developing staff development training module, materials, planning and facilitating sessions.
Assist HR Advisor in developing HR systems, guidelines, policies and procedures.
Provide HR related training and orientation to managers and employees as per requirement.
Assist KWT Senior Management Team in grievance management and disciplinary actions.
Travel frequently to Mirzapur, Narayangonj and other Project sites of KWT.
