  • Diploma/Certificate Course on HRM will be preferred.

With a grassroots approach and a mission to create lasting change, we are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Officer to strengthen our organizational support and administrative systems.

Position Summary: The HR and Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the effective management of human resources and general administrative operations. This position plays a key role in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, documentation, logistics, and maintaining a productive work environment in line with Unnayan Prochesta's values and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and induction.

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database systems.Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and performance appraisal processes.

  • Support in staff welfare, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and donor regulations.

  • Coordinate staff capacity-building initiatives, training, and workshops.

  • Administration:

  • Oversee office administration including supplies management, filing systems, and office upkeep.

  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, training sessions, and field visits.

  • Maintain inventory and asset records in coordination with the finance and logistics teams.

  • Assist in safety, security, and facility management protocols.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required.
